Privacy Policies

It is our strict policy not to release any customer information to third parties, unless required to do so by law. We do not require placement of ads or links on our customers' websites, nor offset our low hosting rates by selling personal information and sending unsolicited marketing materials to our client base.

Links to Third-Party Websites

We provide links to third-party sites from our sites. Since we do not control those websites, we encourage you to review all privacy policies posted on their sites.

Cookies

"Cookies" are small files sent from a web server to your computer through your browser program. There are two types of cookies: non-persistent and persistent cookies.

A non-persistent cookie enables a website to temporarily keep information on your computer as you travel from one page to another on our site. This cookie is automatically deleted from your machine when you close your browser. Because these cookies are necessary to provide some functions, failure to allow, i.e., "enable" cookies may make some of the functions on our website unavailable to you.

A persistent cookie is one that is kept even after  you close your browser. You can manually delete these cookies using commands specific to your browser and computer system. These cookies store information that would generally not change from session to session. They also contain information that would need to be re-entered by you each time you visit the website such as your user name and password, and our displaying the date and time of your last visit to our site.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies for various reasons and we only read cookies written by our site. We do not use cookies to obtain information on other websites that you may visit. We may use cookies to store some history about the parts of our sites that you have visited to help you navigate our site more easily or to alert you to related pages on our site that may interest you.

On-Line Surveys

At times we may conduct completely voluntary online surveys where we ask for contact information and solicit feedback on various topics from visitors. We use the collected data from such surveys to fine tune our product and service offerings. And we use contact data to follow-up with you to highlight the changes we have made to our business based on your feedback.

Contests

We run contests on our site from time-to-time where we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

Public Forums

Our site may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

E-Mail

You may decide to send us personally identifying information, such as a message containing your domain name or login information for your account. We will only use this information to identify you as a client and to determine how to respond to your message. We will not use this information for any other purpose other than to resolve the matter identified in your message.

You can help us maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying us of any changes to your address, title, phone number or e-mail address.

Privacy Scope

The information you provide to us will also be covered by this policy. Due to the rapidly evolving technologies on the Internet, we may occasionally update this policy. All revisions will be posted to this site. A revised Privacy Policy will apply only to data collected subsequent to its effective date.
