No, a credit card is NOT required!  We can take your check over the phone, or pay by money order.  For dial-up, we will activate your account the same day and give you 3 days to mail your money order in. To pay by money order for DSL, you would have to send us the cost of your modem (if we are to supply) for $99.00, and two months up front - and then you can mail in monthly payments. We cannot activate a DSL account until your money order is received.
